The "crime" of novelty

I admitted reluctantly that I am indeed a terrible terrible loser of self control. New ideas and things attracted me, like amphetamine to drug addicts, which resulted in executing the plans. The most difficult part is the beginning part; once started, I can soon find enjoyment and new small achievements built up step by step. After bury my head among the thing I am into, another problem occurs-- I can not stop!

I guess initiation is somehow related to inhibition, both of which are online work taps.

It is the first time that I am more than glad to find no one visited this blog and after a week observation, I shall claim it secure.

Moreover, there is a passage today on Mindhack about the dopamine effect of learning novel knowledge, indicating the pleasure produced by novelty is an important heritage that enjoy the evolutionary benefits. The author also mentioned about the surprise excitement over the right and wrong judgement. I could not agree with it more since I always feel the same way about this.

To conclude, there are many ways achieving happiness. You can hit the pipe or listen to your favoriate music; you can walk 3 miles everyday to feel the jogger's high or just read a book discovering unexpected secrets, and the feelings in brain are the same, dopamine dances all the way its joy.

New start

New life began three months ago with changing of my daily language. To accommodate better to it, I think it would be wise to write a blog everyday.
To get free from the insecure feeling of dangerously displaying my private life and secure desires on website while sick peepers may steal the fun from judging and interfering others' life.

Then why not just keep it in a dairy, even a digital word file in computer should have been able to satisfied the need of free expression. It is a self-deceiving way of persuading myself as having someone to communicate all the time, anonymous public.

It would be like an experiment that without people to comment on it or even view it, will I still remain the passion and stamina to write it everyday; or on the contrary, become addicted to it.

We will see.
